With over 15 years of experience in massage therapy, he brings extensive knowledge, skill, and passion to Seven Springs Spa. His experience includes working in five-star spa environments such as Sundance Resort, as well as currently providing therapeutic care through Miller Family Chiropractic. As a therapist, he is known for his intentional, thoughtful approach and consistently exceptional client reviews. He takes pride in creating personalized treatments, whether a client is seeking relaxation, therapeutic work, targeted treatment, or a combination of techniques.

As an instructor and mentor, he is extremely patient, flexible, and dedicated to helping each apprentice learn in the way that works best for them. He provides hands-on education and real-world knowledge to help his students enter the massage profession confident and well-prepared.

Above all, he is a warm and welcoming person who cares about his clients and students and takes pride in helping everyone he works with feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.

With a specialty in sports and deep tissue massage, she focuses on helping clients release tension, improve mobility, and feel their best. She also has a strong foundation in Swedish massage, allowing her to tailor each session to her client's individual needs, whether it's recovery, relaxation, or more targeted work. 

Her background in dance has given her a unique understanding of body movement, flexibility, and muscle tension. This experience is especially valuable when incorporating assisted stretching and sports-focused techniques into her sessions.

She has built strong, long lasting relationships with her clients, many of whom have continued seeing her consistently for years. She takes pride in getting to know each client and creating personalized experiences for each massage!

Known for her firm to deep pressure, she specializes in focused, therapeutic massage designed to address specific areas of tension and discomfort. She has a natural talent for targeted work, taking the time to understand what each client needs and tailoring every session accordingly.

Her passion for massage therapy goes far beyond the hands-on work. She is naturally curious, knowledgeable, and dedicated to continuously learning, having spent much of her apprenticeship studying the body, massage techniques, and the “why” behind the work. Her strong understanding of massage therapy allows her to approach each session with intention and confidence.

From the very beginning of her apprenticeship, she has consistently received five-star ratings, reflecting both her technical skill and her ability to create an experience her clients truly value. She takes pride in delivering thoughtful, effective treatments while continuing to grow and expand her knowledge as a massage therapist.

With an Art degree from Utah Valley University, she brings a unique sense of creativity, awareness, and intention to her work as a massage therapist. Her artistic background complements her natural ability to intuitively understand the body and create a treatment that feels both thoughtful and personalized.

She has a gentle, healing spirit and is deeply attentive to each client, staying in tune with both the body and the mind throughout every session. She is especially skilled in Swedish massage, creating treatments that are both relaxing and restorative.

Having grown up around massage therapy with his father as a massage therapist, he has been surrounded by the craft from an early age. He brings a strong, firm touch to his work while maintaining a naturally soothing and intentional style.

His calm, quiet, and centered presence helps clients feel completely at ease, whether they are looking for a deep, effective massage or a relaxing Swedish experience. His natural strength allows him to provide the pressure needed for more therapeutic work, while his gentle approach creates a truly calming experience.

She came into her apprenticeship with a wonderful foundation, having learned from the experience and knowledge of her sister, who is also a massage therapist. Her background in education and working with elementary students has helped shape her into a naturally thoughtful, patient, and compassionate person—qualities that shine through in her massage.

Throughout her apprenticeship, she has continued to develop her technique and confidence and can now provide a firm, consistent, and intentional massage. She is dedicated to learning and improving every day, and her passion for helping others is reflected in the care she puts into every session.
